What materials are your fire pits made from?
Our fire pits are constructed from a range of high-quality materials, including:
Steel: Durable and weather-resistant, steel fire pits are often coated with a heat-resistant finish to prevent rusting. They provide a classic look and good heat retention.
Cast Iron: Known for excellent heat retention, cast iron fire pits are incredibly durable and can last for many years. They may require some maintenance to prevent rust.

What materials are your pizza ovens made from?
Our products are constructed from high-quality materials, including stainless steel, clay, and refractory stone. These materials ensure durability, heat retention, and even cooking.
Is Clay Chiminea easily broken when shipped?.
We have 20 years’ experience in manufacturing products of high quality.
First, we spend time firing clay products and add synthetic materials to keep solidness and high resiliance.
Second, we use standard airway packing and add polyfoam to strengthen compressive resistance.
Finally, we do regular Burning and Drop Test to make sure products are in good condition.
How to identify good clay chiminea and BBQ Grills ?
When you set fire in the clay item, the bad one will fall apart. If the clay is rushed through the manufacturing process, the chiminea will dissolve. GENO has professional manufacturing process with strict QC.

What sizes of flower pots are available?.
Our flower pots range from small (7 cm) to large (45 cm or more) to accommodate a wide variety of plants. Customized size is supported.
Do your flower pots have drainage holes?
Most of our pots come with drainage holes to ensure proper water flow and prevent roots from rotting. If you require a specific feature, please check the product description.
4.Water fountain
How does solar water fountain work?
Solar water fountains are equipped with photovoltaic solar panels that capture sunlight and convert it into electricity. This electricity powers the fountain’s pump and, in some cases, LED lights.
Does the water fountain require electricity?
It depends on the type of fountain. Solar water fountains are powered entirely by sunlight and do not need an external electrical source. However, traditional water fountains require electricity to power the pump. Some solar models also come with a battery backup, allowing them to operate even when it’s cloudy or at night.
Can the fountain run at night?
Some solar water fountains are equipped with a battery backup, which stores solar energy during the day. This allows the fountain to operate after sunset. If your model does not have a battery, it will only run when exposed to direct sunlight.
How often should I change the water in my fountain?
It’s recommended to change the water every 1-2 weeks, depending on the weather conditions and the environment. Stagnant water can lead to algae growth and debris buildup, so regular water replacement helps maintain water quality and prevents pump damage.

Water fountains are made from a variety of materials, including resin, stone, ceramic, and metal. Each material offers different aesthetic qualities and durability. Resin fountains are lightweight and durable, while stone fountains offer a more natural, heavy-duty look.

Ordering and payment
T/T would be better with quick transfer and few bank fees. L/C could also be accepted, but the procedure is complex and the fee is high. You can also use western Union and Paypal.
Shipping and delivery
Accepted Delivery Terms: FOB, CIF, EXW；
Delivery time varies according to order quantity and item variety. Generally, we suggest that you start inquiry 60 days before the date you would like to get the products. You can contact us for further information.
Sample fee
1.Charge free if we have an existing sample
2.Charge fees for a new design, and we will refund the money if order quantity reaches our MOQ
3.Accept Paypal for small sample order
Sample Freight: Paid by customer
Sample Time: 10-15days
Actually it depends on the products. For low value products, we will provide free sample, freight collect. But for some high value samples, it need sample cost and freight collect. All samples cost can be returned back to you after order placed. You’re welcomed to email us for checking.
Accept OEM&ODM or not? And its procedure?
Certainly!
Step 1: send pictures or designs to our company and tell us what kind of material you want to make.
Step 2: our development team will sculpt a prototype clay model for your confirmation or draw a technical graph for molds from your files. (If you have samples on hand, just send to us and we can copy it directly to speed up the sample.)
Step 3: once we finish a prototype, we will send pictures to you for confirmation before molding.
Step 4: proceed with molding and make resin/metal samples.
Step 5: coloring the sample as per the design and send pictures for your approval.
Step 6: arrange air express courier to deliver the sample for review.
